We are looking for a Stronger Together Community Organiser to motivate and manage the development of our existing Leaders, a group of migrant women who we call the ‘Stronger Together Leaders’. The Stronger Together Community Organiser will report to the Director, and work closely with the Leaders to support their growth, skills development, and ability to take on new responsibilities. This role will be focused on building trusting and nurturing relationships with the Leaders, communicating development opportunities, and overseeing their leadership journeys.

We are looking for an experienced organiser who is passionate about migrants’ rights and developing migrant leaders to start working close to 12th May 2025.
