Stronger Together Forums
Join us on 7th March!
Decision-makers, community partners and community members are all invited to a very special forum where creativity meets important conversations.

We will showcase a short animation co-created with Year 5 and 6 students from Plumcroft Primary School that explores the impact of Temporary Accommodation on children's mental health.
Then we will come together and discuss how we can build a stronger, more supportive community for all those living in Temporary Accommodation.

The Forums
Thanks to funding from Disrupt Foundation we are running creative forums to engage policy makers, decision makers and key stakeholders to look at the issues affecting us migrant women and migrant communities in general from different perspectives/angles and find together possible solutions and ways to collaborate.
We aim to:
- Enable migrant women to share their stories and experiences in a creative way increasing their sense of agency and civic participation
- Raise awareness of the issues impacting migrants’ lives creating a shift of narrative, perception and judgement about migration from mainstream services
- Create dialogue, interaction and collaborative work among different sectors, fields and stakeholders
- Create a sense of trust, solidarity, unity and collaboration among the different people involved.
